The simplest way to clear, reset, and activate the various properties of the stones in this piece is to allow it to set in direct sunlight/moonlight for 24 hours or more.  Full Moon or New Moon phases are best for this as these are the main transitional moon phases with the most energetic influence within us to set and fulfill personal goals and intentions and to be more intuitively in-tuned with the subconscious aspects of our goals, desires, intentions, and the means to manifest them.

 

To polish the metal of your jewelry simply use a non-abrasive rouge cloth to polish your piece to a nice shine if you are wanting to re-shine it after briefly wearing You can also cut and squeeze the juice of one large lemon into a bowl.  Add approximately ¼  - ½ tsp of sea salt into the lemon juice and stir.  Submerge your piece in the juice/sea salt mixture and stir with your fingers for about 5 – 10 seconds then remove, rinse in cool tap or distilled water and dry thoroughly with a towel. You can also use a rouge cloth.

EYE OF HORUS

The eye of Horus (wedjat eye or Udjat eye) is an inescapable symbol of Egyptian mythology. Its decisive role in the battle between Horus and Set as well as its presumed protective virtues make it a flagship emblem of ancient Egypt.

Horus was recognized and worshipped in both Upper and Lower Egypt as one of the most important gods in the Egyptian pantheon. He is most often depicted with a falcon's head and is crowned with the pschent, the emblem of the pharaohs of Egypt. Horus was the guarantor of universal harmony in the afterlife as well as the god of the sky and celestial spaces.

The Eye of Horus first represented the victory of good over evil, because it was thanks to this eye that Horus triumphed over Set. Horus was thus equated with funerary offerings as well as with all the offerings given to deities in temple ritual. It could also represent other concepts, such as the Moon, whose waxing and waning was likened to the injury and restoration of the eye.
